outline:
I: Where I'm from
 A. Where I've lived
 B. Why is live in Alabama now
II. Who I am
 A. My Passion
 B. Why I want to be an educator
My name is Madelyn Barron. I'm a 34 year old student and homemaker. Currently, I live in Spanish Fort but, I'm originally from New York City. After high school I chose to travel a lot to experience life as an adult. I've lived in New York, California, Ohio, Arizona, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Missouri, Colorado, and Alabama. Throughout my travels I met my husband who was at the time a member of the US Army. He's an Alabama boy born and raised which brought us back here after his retirement from the military. We have 2 beautiful children together. Our daughter is four, and son is going to be three. Becoming a mother has been the absolute highlight of my life, and the main purpose of my decision to become a teacher. In today's world school is very different even from my adolescence, and I must admit it is a bit scary. Returning to college after so many years has been very challenging, and harder than I remember. My goal is to becoming a teacher so I can help children not only learn on an academic level, but to be the best person they can be. I want to help my own children through their educational experiences as well. The older I get the worse my memory becomes, I barely remember what I ate for dinner last night, but I will never forget my favorite teachers as a kid. I want to be one of those teachers a child will never forget. In my opinion Education is one of the one important jobs in the world. True educators should go above, and beyond to teach each student to the best of their abilities equally, and compassionately.
I have many passions in life such as, cooking, gardening, reading, and traveling but there is no greater passion to me than being a good mom. My kids give me so much purpose, and drive to be the best person I can be.
These two are my everything!
